Invicta Watch
This watch was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She wanted a dark-faced dive watch with a stainless steel bracelet (this watch comes with both a ss bracelet AND a rubber strap!) My daughter and I both really liked the gray dial and bezel. The watch style is classic but the color is unique.
It is a 38mm watch, which is large for a woman's watch. But that is the current trend in women's watches. It would work equally well as a midsize man's watch (the midsize Omega Seamaster that my father wears is 38mm). As far as I can tell, the only thing that makes this a woman's watch is the number of removable links in the band. We could very easily size it to my daughter's slight wrist.
For the price, this is a great watch. This is not an heirloom piece to hand down to your grandchildren -- this is a sixty buck watch. For pure aesthetics and value, I think the Invicta dive watches are unbeatable.
I have an invicta watch and the wrist band part is to big for my wrist. Does anyone know how to make it small? It has arrows pointing out, but I still don't get it. Please help it's a $400 watch and I don't want it to go to waste. Pease help.
BalasHapusI have an invicta 8926c automatic watch and it runs a bit fast every few hours. How do I adjust the time to the exact second? I don't think there is a way to adjust the seconds hand on the watch, nor does the seconds hand stop moving while I adjust the time.
BalasHapusI just bought an Invicta skeleton watch. It is mechanical. When I try to set the watch, the hour and minute hand do not line up when I try to set it to 12:00. The hour hand will be at the 12 and the minute hand will be at the 7. Also, when it is set, the minute hand keeps time but the hour hand advances very fast. Any suggestions?
BalasHapusI own an invicta watch, I always breakout on my wrist with a nasty rash. I own a citizen watch that I have had for years and it has never had a reaction on my skin. Any thoughts why this happens?

I would like to sell it somewhere in Chicago, I live in Lincoln Park so the closest the best, and I don't want to get ripped off like I likely would at a Pawn Shop. I paid 1300 dollars for it and would like to at least get a couple hundred back. Anyone know any good places that I can sell my jewelry to? Thanks a lot for anyone's help
